Our daughter, Jennifer, knows how much I HATE to get a haircut, so she called last week and said, "Hey, let's go for haircuts this weekend."....Hmmmmmm......I was WAY overdue. I had long, straggly split ends and I really needed about 2 inches cut off. We used to go together when she was at UCLA, to a salon in Westwood, and she continued to go there for many years, but now she just doesn't have the time. A friend of hers recommended a place in Palm Springs, so Saturday afternoon we went. I told Daniel, "Can you cut off the dead stuff, about 2 inches?" and he rolled his eyes and held up about 3 inches of hair. So, we compromised and he layered some of it. Jennifer's hair isn't as long as mine, and she had about an inch cut off and then layered. Here's Jennifer first, then me. Oops! Mine are in reverse order...I haven't had my coffee yet! The bottom one is the "before" and the top one is the "after". Coffee!!!!!!

Nice looking haircuts. Mine is getting to where it is cut it or endure that length where it is ratty no matter what you do for about three months.
By the way Beauty...Jack says not to bounce your DOR, it isn't a good thing to do
Thanks for posting photos of your self and your daughter. I think it takes a lot of courage to post photos of ourselves. I feel that for some reason most of are afraid of showing what we look like on a blog for fear that we will lose our readers. I was able to make myself post some of me on Sonny a few weeks ago. No one has had a bad comment yet, for which I am thankful. And Yes I like your haircut.
Yay!!! (Standing up and clapping!) Change is good, isn't it? I change mine all the time and it needs to be cut, desperately!
I like layers...and I like all one length too, which is why mine is in such bad shape, I over process it and let it grow too long and then the split ends come and I put layers in it and on and on...
Congrats on the new "do", you look fabulous!
What a couple of fashion divas you are. Great before and after shots, too.
Congrats on the new doo's!

How can you hate to get a haircut? My mom does too. For me it's like therapy. I'd get my haircut every week if I could. lol!
The cut came out very nice. Hope you were pleased. My gosh you have long hair! I haven't had hair that long since I was 20. Yup, it's been a while. I'm loving the beauty school because haircuts are only $9! Can't beat it!
