Desert Horses

Welcome to my horse blog, Desert Horses. We live in the desert southwest, near Palm Springs, CA, but board our horses up in our local mountains where it is cooler in the summer. I have 4 horses, all rescues. Here is the ranch up the mountains where the horses stay.

Ranch fence~Friday's Fences~012513

I love to watch this ranch fence up at the horse ranch change throughout the year.  Right now the plants on it are dormant and the sycamore trees are losing their leaves.  But, in spring, the fence will have yellow flowers and the sycamores will have new leaves.  Friday's Fences for January 25, 2013.  To visit Friday's Fences, please go to:   http://lifeaccordingtojanandjer.blogspot.com/

I like the vines on the wooden fence. Is that an old buggy I see? Love those buggy wheels.

You need to post this same view in the spring and this picture so we can see the change!
