Yup. We stopped at Walker Burger! We arrived too early in the morning to have a burger, so we each got a milkshake...my gosh! It brought back memories...thick, cold, and creamy! Then we headed up the Monitor Pass road to Markleyville. Then, over to Topaz Lake, and down your valley to catch Highway 395. We stopped for a late lunch in Bridgeport and then back to Silver Lake. It was a long day, but we saw a lot of beautiful country.

Hurray for Walker Burger! Sorry you couldn't get a burger, though. Did you at least look around their garden? Where did you eat in Bridgeport? My family and friends like to eat at the Hays Street Cafe.
