Welcome to my horse blog, Desert Horses. We live in the desert southwest, near Palm Springs, CA, but board our horses up in our local mountains where it is cooler in the summer. I have 4 horses, all rescues. Here is the ranch up the mountains where the horses stay.

"Interested"~~ABC Wednesday 091510
Monday afternoon both Quad and Sunni were INTERESTED in what Cali was doing down in the arena. And, what was she doing? See for yourself! She's such a goofball! ABC Wednesday for September 15, 2010.
Cute pics. I've found that if I do round penning with my older mare first the young mare watches her and then copies what we've done. Monkey see, monkey do?
