Snow on the mountains

Apparently the ranch didn't get rain OR snow Thursday, but the mountains above it did, as you can see.  I drove up to give the horses an extra meal and some oil because it was down to 18 degrees Thursday night and last night was probably the same.  And, MAN, it was COLD up there yesterday afternoon!  Sunni and Quad squealed with delight when they saw my car drive up because that meant an extra meal was on its way!  Quad has such a soft eye.  He doesn't worry about anything, except getting loose at the tie rack!  :-(
