Horses sighted~Cave Creek Park




Well, I got my horse fix today!  Hubby and I were up at the Cave Creek regional park when I spotted a group of riders out on the trail.  We had taken a picnic lunch there, after stopping by a nearby AJ's store.  Hubby had a ham sandwich and I had a green salad and vegetarian garden soup.  It was cold and the clouds were getting darker and darker, but we did a little hiking and took some photos before the raindrops started.  This group was on a trail ride from the stables there at the park.

    So nice out to ride yesterday afternoon. We're all still sick, and on our way to dr's today, so no riding for us :(

    I had check out that riding stables when John first went to work in Phoenix. I hope someday to ride there.
