I know that some of you are dealing with snow right now, but here in the desert, flowers are blooming. These are some African daisies that I planted in my front yard, out by the street. I planted them last December, from the seeds that I got from last year's crop. They get full sunlight all day, but I notice that they don't open up until about 11:00 a.m.! Hmmmm.....They close just as soon as the sun starts to go down over the nearby mountain in the afternoon. Aren't they colorful? Enjoy! Outdoor Wednesday for March 1, 2011.
