M...Sure, if you've got $800,000 laying around. My next door neighbors aren't coming down on their price, even though their house has been up for sale for 9 months with no interest. They keep hiring different real estate agents who run open houses over the weekends, and hardly anyone shows up. With this being mainly a snowbird community, no one wants to spent that much on a second home.<br /><br />But there are other options too. One guy has several parceled acre lots up for sale right across from the bridle trails. Someone could buy one or all, plop a mobile home and some corrals down in there and be all set, but I suspect he's charging too much also. There's been quite a lag in the real estate market.
